a rollercoaster ride

as u may have noticed (or not), i've been MIA for quite some time (well, maybe a week or so).

I've been temping at the tax house, since the peak periods for filing the taxes are here and they're busy as bees...its been pretty tiring and all, esp for me who've been bumming around waking up at 11am and watching tv the day long. but its a good change i warmly welcome, at least it prepares me for the crazy work-week schedules.

other than that, lots have been happening in my life..went for a photoshoot with the lovebirds over the weekend..they're getting hitched in abt 2 mths time..was a nice beach outing shooting them and capturing their loving moments on camera. shortly after i had my time, went camping for the first time after we bought a $24.90 tent from carrefour - it was pretty hot at first in the tent (after we figured out how to fix it up!) but we got used to it, and must i say its a pretty cosy world in the tent when you seclude yourself from the outside world. pretty neat stuff. THEN i had a chance to meet the band guys from USV...they need a trumpeter...so guess who's fillin in the space?? yes yes, yours truly, finally!! after all the years of wanting to play in a ska band, the opportunity arose and i found this cool band, nice people, talented bunch with a big heart for playing nothin else but sweet ska. *bliss* they're performing this sunday at esplanade...catch em!! I won't be performing with them on this occasion but who noes what's in store for the future *crosses fingers* yummy!!! SKA PUNK SKUNKS!

Also, i got my Legend mp3 today, after waiting for so long, finally!all 512MB of songs, im ready to go!woohoo!!!

all the above just proves that all the dreaming, waiting and working for what i wanted has finally paid off. patience does pay off, and when it does, it does ever so sweetly.

u may have noticed that i hardly capitalise my first letters of the sentences i typed earlier. must be the exhaustion. im trying to minimise the effort used for typing cos its freakin 12.07am in the morning and i gotta wake up at 630am for work. geez.i really shld be doing better on the stamina scale, right?
