Nonetheless, I took the full Saturday off and totally slept. Woke up to break fast with my boy at Arab St. and walked around the Bugis Bazaar..had the fried ice cream thingy!! which only made me feel fatter after the heavy nasi padang.
then we decided to watch the departed - which was amazing..great casting, with a great storyline..one of those which thwarts all your initial assumptions you had at the beginning..
slept thru till today morning, procrastinated the impending work to be done..which finally came thru in the late noons...supposed to be studying for law exam now, but jus can't put my heart into it..not yet i guess. In denial, lah.
Oh yes, and the other day, we had a retreat and we played paintball...fun!!!! All of us had sores and blue blacks after the game, but its not all the time when you could actually blatantly bruise and shoot down your colleague. Realised that most of the time, I was the runner for the ammo box, and I din really shoot the opponents..that made me the 'courageous teamplayer' who dared front the flying paintballs as the runner was the main target of opponent. Kinda proud of meself to have done that..sometimes you won't know what kind of teamplayer/role you are inclined to take to when situation calls for it, and that day, i knew. =)
I'm gonna try hit the legislations now..write more next time. And I'll try not to whine too much about work then..haha.
