And so we got back from Tokyo last week. I'm pretty much in holiday mood, but this weekend has been a fun-packed one nonetheless.
Spent Saturday at a friend's wedding, then caught up with a couple-friend for late night drinks in town. On Sunday I spent girl-time with my family members and the kids, and attended Deen's wedding dinner in the evening. Its such a small world - at Deen's wedding I met 2 friends from Primary/Secondary school. They said I looked different. Must be the hair (which, by the way is growing out and starting to get in the way..neither short nor long). Anyway, I foresee lots of weddings to attend next year. After all, quite a number of friends got married within the last year. Its that age, isn't it?
I was thinking of 2010 goals which I should set for myself. It reminded me of these goals I set earlier this year:

Other than that, I'm looking forward to..
1. Our new pad (finally got the place we wanted)
2. Brian McKnight who's coming over for Mosaic Music Fest
3. Arab classes
4. Reggaeton classes with Lola Maya
5. A HK/Bali getaway for the 2nd Anniversary
6. Satisfaction from rewarding, pure hard work on the career front
7. Healthy weight loss and overall well-being

I haven't veered very far off my goals (if you have to know, its the healthy lifestyle one that's been hard to upkeep :P )But apart from that, I am absolutely happy with what I've achieved thus far. I know the ride wasn't smooth-sailing, and while I may not have the victory cup in my hands now, I do know that I gave a good fight and kept on moving. And that's what matters.
I'm proud of me. *beams*
