Friday nite saw me at Zouk with my boy and his colleagues. Sharif was up for Female 50 Gorgeous People..cute stuff. After that we joined our fav lovebirds to catch Tenacious D - Pick of Destiny @ Vivocity at midnight..Nice show! Love the Jack Black Movies. Predictable, formulaic movies but i just love the whole thematic thingy from School of Rock, to Nacho Libre and even in Tenacious D. Plus a good dose of humour, rock n roll and cheesiness works just nice for me. =)
Then on Saturday we picked up the photos from the Graduation family portrait thingy. Babe wanted to catch Saw III, and our lovebirds had in on DVD, so we went over and caught it. FUn! we even stayed longer to catch Euro Trip the movie. Very typical American pie, Teen flick horny ass show. But we all had a good laugh, no less.
Today I was pretty bummed out..after lunch i dozed thru the noon, only to wake up feeling sluggish. Went for a jog (was a tough one, considering the weeks of inactivity!) but it felt good. Been watching LOTR on tv since, and Oprah's on now while i type this out.
Work starts tomorrow..oh yea the SMU kids finished their term on Friday...that means exactly one year ago i ended my life in SMU. One year..so fast!!it flew by just like that. Certainly got me thinking of the year(s) to come..wonder what could unfold..i bet its gonna be great.
