Back from monday nite arab classes..that is.
My evenings have been as such..either zipping off to meet up with pals, going for classes (arab ones, muay thai ones, and flamenco ones on saturdays) etc.
The body finally gave way last week..where I was pretty much a zombie with a runny nose and nasal voice (haha my colleague said it was 'sexy' hahaha).
Then, after flamenco on saturday, was walking around for a pedicure to 'pamper' myself..but went for a $20 - for - 30 - minutes massage...turns out that the foot reflex was a husband/wife team, and the shop's name is 'Sing Hwa Duo - Ancient Chinese Wellness Centre'.
I tell you, I may well have been a hippie in my previous life..I've always liked this TCM/alternative medicine thingy...few 'cupping with the glass bulb thingy' moments later, and lots of cracked bones (particularly my lower back, neck, shoulders, hands), I was revived!!
Apparently my qi was very low, and my body was 'sleeping'. The man was right about my body - even sleep can't get my body well again. So according to him, I had the Ying, and he as a man, has Yang, so the energy flow would help to revive my bodily energy back again. To say the least, it was shiok, man!! Plus he showed me some Qigong moves also..haha!! cute right!!!!
Lo and behold, last night's sleep had to be one of the best in quite a while!!! =)
Yay. Loves it when the Ying meets the Yang. Woot~~
Go me...I'm superwoman alright!!!
