Week was crazy as usual, had to go back on Saturday for work too..
Glad I got to spend today at home. The hubby's down with a fever so brought him to the doc's..and had to do the usual Sunday clean up as well..
We went for Megadeth on Friday evening..he went for the Heaven and Hell concert on Saturday..what can I say? They make metal look easy-peasy. Oh yes, I was drooling at the long-haired Megadeth band rockers..hot hot hot!
This week will be equally hectic - D&D is coming too..in 5 days time. Being in-charge of performances has me seeing lots of drama..am also performing with Maya. We got the steps figured out yesterday, so yay to that! I hope we can pass off as latinas dancing to Ricky Martin's Lola Lola!
Practice was fun! Although we were swamped with work, we still found time to put the creative juices to good use..and besides, sometimes we just need that drama and glam to spice up our ordinary lives, don't you think?
And what do you know..it's just moments to 2008, and I'm really looking forward to a much deserved break, where I can stop and breathe, and get away from the madness. Me, hubby and Arti would be heading for a short shopping trip to Bangkok soon..yay! Can't wait!
I was just thinking just now..if I had to make an assessment of 2007, I'd say it was well spent! Getting married and really contributing at work were my biggest accomplishments this year.
Then again, the race is long and the future lies ahead..let's take each moment as it comes and truly live it well..cheers~
